Going global: taking your work to the world
This workshop is suitable for producers with 3 + years experience in producing.
In this session, we will look at what it means to showcase your work to global presenters, develop international markets and foster international relationships. We’ll discuss how, when and why to take your work to the world and what you need to know when it comes to freight, taxes, travel and logistics.
We will also talk about sustainability, environmental impact and how residencies and collaborations can fit in alongside traditional touring to make an international tour viable.
Plus there will be plenty of time for open Q&A.
