Who Owns the Idea? Intellectual Property for Producers & Artists

Producers and artists often find themselves contributing creatively to the projects they’re working on—but what happens when those contributions create new intellectual property? What kind of IP is it, and who owns it? T

This workshop will unpack the different types of IP you might encounter, what your rights are, and the steps you can take to protect them. We’ll also look at the essential clauses every agreement should cover to avoid confusion (and conflict) down the track.

Expect a practical, no-nonsense discussion with plenty of time for your questions and real-world scenarios.  Bring all the questions!
