Producing for a Comedy Festival: Make the Next 6 Weeks Count

  • 10am - 3pm

  • In Person
Melbourne-only: Hands-on workshop for comedy festival producers.

This in-person workshop is for producers who already have a show locked in and want to make the most of the crucial six weeks leading up to the festival, driving ticket sales, building momentum, and strategically engaging reviewers. Spend a day in a room with an experienced Comedy Producer (Laura Milke Garner – MILKE) and get the guidance you need to make your festival season work.

You’ll leave with a personalised 6-week action plan, mapped to your show and your goals, so you know exactly what to do, week by week. Limited to 15 participants, this is a hands-on, practical session packed with real-world strategies and insights you usually only learn through experience.

If you want a festival season that actually delivers and sets you and your artist up for future opportunities, this is the day to invest in your show.

Yes this is a paid session with five hours of content, but you’re investing in more than information: you’ll walk away with a clear, tailored plan and hard-won insights from a seasoned comedy festival producer.  Would really love to see you there!

Suitable for self producing artist and independent producers.
Only 15 spots available.
$150 + GST per person
